1. Dispatch Time: All orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
2. Delivery Timeline: Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days depending on your location. Delays may occur for certain pincodes. Kika Kiki is not liable for any delays caused by the courier service.
3. Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹499. A nominal charge applies for orders below ₹499.
4. Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.
5. Damages/Issues: If your product is damaged or misprinted, inform us within 2 days of receiving the product.
6. Proof for Claims: A package opening video is mandatory for any damage or issue claims.

Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Hassle-Free Returns: We offer a hassle-free, no questions asked return policy within 7 days of receiving the product.
2. Return Method: Upon return, you will receive a voucher for the amount you paid. This voucher can be used for future purchases on Kika Kiki. No monetary refunds will be issued.
3. Non-Returnable Items: Nappies are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
4. Tag Damages: Returns/Exchanges are not possible if the product's tags are damaged.
5. Voucher Credit: Vouchers will be credited after the package is verified.
