Refund and Return Policy

At Kika Kiki, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our easy and transparent return policy.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You may return an item within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain products like nappies are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Note: Products on clearance or final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Hassle-Free Returns

  • We follow a No Questions Asked Return Policy. Simply reach out to us with your return request, and we’ll guide you through the process.

3. Return Process

  • Initiate Request: Initiate a request from Returns page or contact us.
  • Package Opening Video: A video of the package opening is required to verify any complaints regarding damages, defects, or misprints.
  • Verification: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

4. Refund Process

  • Voucher Credit: Instead of cash refunds, we issue a voucher equivalent to the purchase amount. This voucher can be used for future purchases at Kika Kiki.
  • Voucher Issuance: After we receive and inspect the returned product, the voucher will be issued within 5-7 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Items that show signs of wear or have had their tags removed will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • Notification Period: In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or defective product, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Exchange or Refund: After verification, we will either send a replacement or issue a voucher for the amount paid.
  • Non-Exchangeable: Items with damaged or removed tags will not be eligible for return or exchange.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Free Returns: For any item damaged during shipping or received in defective condition, Kika Kiki will cover the return shipping costs.
